Capt Amarinder Singh lauds strike by Indian Air force

Punjab Chief Minister, Captain Amarinder Singh lauded the air strike by Indian Air force at major terror camps in Pakistan occupied Kashmir on Tuesday morning.

He wrote, “Great job by the #IndianAirForce. The #IAFStrikes have sent the much-needed signal to Pakistan and the terrorists it’s harbouring – don’t think you can get away with acts like the #PulwamaAttack. Bravo to the #IAF men and my full support for the action.”

The air strike was carried out at 3:30 am. According to sources, more than 300 terrorists were hit. Indian Fighter jets struck major terrorist camp across the LoC and destroyed it completely.

Indian Air Force sources told the media that “12 Mirage 2000 jets took part in the operation that dropped 1000 Kg bombs on terror camps across LoC (Line of Control), completely destroying them.” Along with Mirage 2000s, drones and early warning jets were also used n this operation.
